DO I HAVE TO BE 21 TO ATTEND THE NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY?
Yes, all guests must be 21 years of age or older on 12/31/24 to attend.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A TICKET TO GET INTO LIVE! AT THE BATTERY ON NEW YEAR’S EVE?

CAN I MOVE AROUND TO DIFFERENT VENUES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT?
Yes. One of the highlights of NYE Live! is that you can celebrate in participating bars and nightclubs. Based on your ticket level (gold or platinum), you will be able to move freely from venue-to-venue and throughout the Live! at the Battery. Limitations may include designated VIP areas within a venue or if a venue reaches capacity. Visit Get Tickets to learn more about participating venues and ticket packages.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
It's New Year's Eve so dress to impress! We encourage business casual to formal attire. Please note that Live! at the Batteryhas a code of conduct that all guests need to abide by. You can reference the code of conduct HERE.
WHAT DOES "SUBJECT TO OUR RESPONSIBLE SERVICE POLICY" MEAN?
Meaning, if at any point our staff feels as though you should no longer be served, we hold the right to refuse service.
WHAT HOTELS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Live! at the Battery is conveniently located near many hotels, ensuring you can enjoy the festivities without any worries about getting to and from NYE Live! safely.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Live! at the Battery offers convenient parking decks throughout the Battery. We highly advised ride share options.
ARE THERE LOCAL RESTAURANTS YOU RECOMMEND FOR DINNER BEFOREHAND?

IS THERE A CONFETTI OR BALL DROP AT MIDNIGHT?
We’ll celebrate the New Year with both!
WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK?
We will not have coat check available.
WILL THERE BE AREAS DESIGNATED FOR THE DISABLED?
Yes, please notify the door attendant upon arrival and we will escort you in. Or contact us at info@liveatthebattery to receive accommodations beforehand.
IS THERE A TICKET OPTION FOR DESIGNATED DRIVERS?
There is currently not a designated drivers ticket option.
HOW LATE ARE THE VENUES OPEN?
While the exclusive drink packages end at 1AM, the venues will remain open until 3AM.
